Dear Luang Prabang community,

Here is our schedule for this coming week.

⭐️ We would like to inform all our students that our studio and cafe will be closed from Saturday until 16th September ⭐️

This is for essential maintenance in our kitchen.

🙌 Our last class will be Group Reiki with Nadia on Friday 29th August 6-7pm.

Please come and enjoy your classes for this final week and we really look forward to seeing you again mid September.

Dear friends,

We have made a slight change to our schedule for this week.

Due to the boat race final being on Saturday, yin and bowls has moved to Sunday at the same time of 6pm.

This will hopefully ensure the studio will be nice and quiet, and gives visitors the chance to do both activities.

Good morning from Grasshopper Yoga!
Now… this makes us soooo happy!
In a female dominated activity, this morning we had more men in yoga than women.

Yoga doesn’t choose — it welcomes. But sometimes our perceptions do. It’s easy to fall into the idea that yoga is “for women,” when in truth, some of the greatest yoga masters in history — and today — are men.

It’s encouraging to see more people of all sexes recognising the benefits of yoga: strength, flexibility, balance, focus, inner calm.

This shift isn’t just about numbers — it’s about breaking down limiting ideas of who yoga is “for.” It’s for you.

Our teachers Celine and Dawn are on their holidays but guess who’s back???

Yes, it’s…… and she will be running her Friday evening group reiki! A fabulous class.

Deborah will be covering all other classes this week and has put sound healing back on the schedule 🎉
