Prior to launching Scrub Café Massage & Spa, I had a brand called Scrub Café, founded in 2016. Since I was a child, I have always been using traditional massage, spa, and sauna services. Therefore, it has become my personal interest to learn about how to use the nature that surrounding us for body beauty. Thus Scrub Café brand was created. All of our products such as fresh body scrub coffee, herbal coffee, fresh turmeric, fresh Thanaka, coffee soap and fresh honey. Moreover, our main customers that we are supplying to are more than 30 places of spa, massage parlors, body scrub shops and saunas across Vientiane. For this reason, it inspired me to establish Scrub Café Spa & Massage. I realize that main target groups for launching a spa and massage business are the people who live in the area near Scrub Café's location. Tourists will be informed about the new business through our advertisement in the cafe and more importantly the customers are expected to come from my personal connections. The trending spa and massage business is currently increasing, for instance, it is widespread in Vientiane and tourist attraction cities such as Luang Prabang, Vang Vieng, Xieng Khouang and Pakse. Therefore, the spa and massage businesses are a popular services choice for locals and tourists to use for relaxation. Moreover, Scrub Café Massage & Spa is unique, which is our strength for attracting local and tourist customers to use our services.
