The Principal Recipient office - PR, Ministry of Health, Lao PDR The Principal Recipient office - PR, Ministry of Health, Lao PDR supported by the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

The Ministry of Health (MoH) is currently the legally accountable body in Lao PDR for signing the Program Grant Agreements (PGA) with the Global Fund. The MoH is responsible to the Country Coordination Mechanism (CCM) and to the Global Fund to achieve agreed results and for the implementation of the program grants. The MoH established an office, the current PR Office, to manage the day to day activities of the existing Global Fund grants.
