ໃນວັນທີ 2 ພະຈິກ 2021 ພວກເຮົາໄດ້ຮັບແຈ້ງວ່າມີພະນັກງານຈຳນວນ 1 ຄົນ ມີຜົນການກວດເຊື້ອໂຄວິດ-19 ເປັນບວກ ເຊິ່ງຜູ້ກ່ຽວໄດ້ເຮັດວຽກຢູ່ບ້ານເປັນສ່ວນໃຫຍ່ ແລະ ມາຫ້ອງການໃນວັນທີ 25 ຕຸລາ (ຢູ່ໃນຫ້ອງແຍກປ່ຽວຄົນດຽວ ແລະ ໃຊ້ເວລາໃນຫ້ອງການບໍ່ເຖິງຊົ່ວໂມງ)
ເຖິງແນວໃດກໍຕາມ, ທາງບໍລິສັດໄດ້ອອກຄຳສັ່ງດ່ວນເພື່ອກວດສອບພາຍໃນອົງກອນ ແລະ ສັ່ງການປິດຫ້ອງການເປັນເວລາ 2 ມື້ ຕັ້ງແຕ່ວັນທີ 02 ຫາ 04 ພະຈິກ ເພື່ອດຳເນີນການຂ້າເຊື້ອ
ດັ່ງນັ້ນ, ພວກເຮົາຈຶ່ງຂໍແຈ້ງມາຍັງບັນດາລູກຄ້າທີ່ຮັກແພງເພື່ອຮັບຊາບທົ່ວເຖິງກັນ ແລະ ຂໍໃຫ້ທ່ານໝັ້ນໃຈວ່າ ພວກເຮົາໄດ້ປະຕິບັດຕາມມາດຕະການການປ້ອງກັນພະຍາດທັງໝົດຢ່າງເຄັ່ງຄັດຕັ້ງແຕ່ມີການແຜ່ລະບາດໃນເບື້ອງຕົ້ນ ບໍ່ວ່າຈະເປັນແຜນດຳເນີນງານການຮອງຮັບສະພາບການລະບາດ, ການຈັດຕັ້ງປ່ຽນຜຽນພະນັກງານມາປະຈຳການ ລວມໄປເຖິງການຈັດສັນພື້ນທີ່ເຮັດວຽກແມ່ນມີຄວາມປອດໄພ

ເພື່ອຫຼີກລ້ຽງ ແລະ ຢຸດຍັ້ງການລະບາດຂອງພະຍາດ Covid-19, DKSH Laos ໄດ້ຈັດກອງປະຊຸມ DKSH Culture Day ແບບອອນລາຍນ໌ຂື້ນໃນຕົ້ນເດືອນສິງຫາ ໂດຍມີພະນັກງານທຸກຄົນທົ່ວປະເທດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ. ເນື່ອງໃນໂອກາດນີ້ ພວກເຮົາໄດ້ແບ່ງປັນຂໍ້ມູນຕ່າງໆດ້ານວັດທະນາທຳ ແລະ ຄ່ານິຍົມຂອງພວກເຮົາ ນອກນັ້ນຍັງໄດ້ນຳສະເໜີລັກສະນະຄວາມຫລາກຫຼາຍຂອງພວກເຮົາໃນຖານະເປັນສູນລວມ ພ້ອມທັງການປ່ຽນແປງໄປໃນທາງທີ່ດີ. ພວກເຮົາມຸ່ງໝັ້ນທີ່ຈະມີບົດບາດທີ່ສຳຄັນໃນບົດສົນທະນາລະຫວ່າງວັດທະນາທຳ ເພື່ອການພັດທະນາທີ່ຍືນຍົງຂອງມວນຊົນທີ່ສະແດງໃຫ້ເຫັນຢ່າງຕໍ່ເນືອງໂດຍທີມບໍລິຫານປະຈຳປະເທດລາວຂອງພວກເຮົາ ແລະ ພະນັກງານທຸກຄົນໃນອົງກອນ. ຂໍຂອບໃຈພະນັກງານທຸກຄົນທີ່ນຳເອົາວັດທະນາທຳ, ຈຸດປະສົງ ແລະ ຄ່ານິຍົມອົງກອນຂອງ DKSH ມາໃຊ້.
DKSH Laos hosted a virtual DKSH Culture Day in August which was attended by all employees across the country. The event was an occasion to share our culture and values, and highlight the significance of our diversity as an agent of inclusion and positive change. We strive to play an essential role in intercultural dialog for the county’s sustainable development which is continuously demonstrated by our Country Management Team and all employees in the organization. DKSH Laos recently moved to a new centrally located office with a modern working environment that fosters collaboration across teams and functions. The move also represents our continued and firm commitment to Laos, our employees and business partners. Ribbon-cutting honors, a traditional Lao dance, giving alms to the monks as well as a BACI ceremony were all part of DKSH Laos’ recent office opening celebration. All guests, from Ministry of Health representatives, clients and customers to the management team and all employees were happily celebrating together, enjoying the festivities.
