✅ The Pros: 13g of protein (excellent for keeping you full and building muscle 💪), clean ingredients, and beneficial probiotics for gut health.
⚠️ The Catch: Watch out for the added sugar! One container has 16.5g of added sugar (that’s about 4 teaspoons! 😳) and very little fiber.
💡 The Verdict: This is a fantastic pre-workout snack for a quick energy boost, or a great healthier dessert alternative after dinner. But I definitely do not recommend it as a daily breakfast or souhour!
✨ The Dietitian Hack: Buy plain Greek yogurt and chop up a natural date on top. You get the exact same taste, but with much more fiber and way less sugar! 💯
