We're looking for a Senior Clinical Dietitian.

Responsibilities:
-Create, implement and monitor a strategic plan that positions the Dietetic/Nutrition Department team members as advocates of medical nutrition therapy, resulting in high –quality, high value, and cost effective patient care.

-Secure the ex*****on of the NCP model, as part of a multidisciplinary medical approach, as described in the policy.

-Orient the clinical dietitians in securing an appropriate nutritional diagnosis based on the assessment.

-Define patient’s individualized nutrition care pathways as per clinical condition.

-Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and efficacy of the implemented nutrition care process.

-Develop a cyclic menu, in collaboration with the executive chef and the food services manager that includes therapeutic diets.

-Conduct spot checks over meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance.

-Provide direct guidance and preceptorship of interns throughout their clinical and food service rotations.

-Plan, implement and evaluate on-site or outside hospital grounds health awareness and promotion activities/campaigns.

-Develop, implement and monitor quality initiatives and nutrition care policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.

-Establish and integrate department’s goals with hospital-wide annual goals and visions to provide optimal nutrition care.

-Enhance quality improvement projects.

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Audit Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise internal audit engagements, from planning to reporting.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
Identify and assess risks, providing recommendations for mitigation.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports, communicating findings to management.
Mentor and coach junior audit staff.
Collaborate with various departments to foster a strong control environment.

Preferred (but not required):

A graduate degree (e.g., MBA, Master of Accountancy).
Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
Prior exposure to the healthcare industry.

Duties:
-Monitor “Daily Attendance” on the timekeeping system, on daily basis, by correcting punching errors, and assigning appropriate leaves (sick, educational, training, etc.).
-Ensure approved leave requests are available prior to assigning leaves on the system.
-Investigate in coordination with Head of Department/Unit, on daily basis, regarding any employee attendance irregularities or any unjustified absence.
-Send to Head of Departments/Units monthly reports related to Overtime, Double employment, On-Call and other types of pay elements reports for control and validation as per the “Generate Time to Payroll” set calendar.
-Receive from Head of Departments/Units On-Call schedules on monthly basis and perform related importing data to the system.
-Update data related to employees Loans on monthly basis.
-Handle the schooling allowance process in a timely manner and follow up on required documents while maintaining proof documents for audit purpose.
-Update on the system the family allowance data on monthly basis.
-Coordinate with the designated insurance company for formalities related to work accidents.
-Coordinate with the Order of Nurses regarding payments and proceed with deduction from Registered Nurses salaries in this regard.
-Handle the yearly renewal and follow up on the medical insurance related to employees’ dependents.
-Submit lists of leavers and new joiners as designated to banks and to the insurance company on monthly basis.
-Submit to the Central Admission, ER Admission, Outpatient Billing, Personnel Clinic and IT Department the list of leavers on monthly basis.
-Submit any kind of report as assigned.
