Running on the beach is a great workout but the uneven surface can cause common issues such as shin splints. found to give her the relief she needs to get in those beach day runs. Get the video she used to tape up by following the link in our bio and looking for this post. 📷
Tried today for shin splints! It made a difference!!! Hope I put it on right 😂 had to it!!!
