صار لازم ارجع نزل النتائج اللي عم يوصلها Nurefit team✌
كميل و بإصرار قدر يوصل لهدفو اللي كان بعيد بالنسبة لقلو بس كل يوم و مع كل خطوة صغيرة بمشوارو الصحي صار يقرب أكتر لوصل للجسم للي هو بيرتاح في😍
ما في شي مستحيل و ما في شي سحري المهم تاخدوا القرار و تركزوا على هدفكن و أهم شي ما تتبعوا دايت التجويع والحرمان اللي ما قلهن نتائج إلا على المدى القصير❌

لكل حدا بركز بس على رقم الميزان هيدا أكبر مثل إنو تكاوين الجسم هيي اللي بتهم. كاتيا كان وزنا يعتبر طبيعي بس كان في نسبة دهون بجسما أعلى من المعدل الطبيعي. اشتغلنا على تحسين عاداتا و بلشت تعمل sport مش بس ليساعدا على خسارة الدهون وزيادة الكتلة العضلية بس كمان بهدف نمط حياة صحي صار يريّحا.
شوفوا أدي فرق جسما😍 و بعدنا مكملين💪 شو رأيكن؟

For those who track their progress through the number on the scale this is an example why body composition does matter. This lady had a normal BMI but the % of body fat exceeded the normal range. We've worked together in order to combine healthy eating habits with exercise and look at the result😍
