Tips to reduce bloating

Eat smaller, more frequent meals and chew your food thoroughly with your mouth closed.

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Incorporate regular exercise to aid digestion and help move gas through your system.

Consider keeping a food diary to identify which foods might be contributing to your bloating.

Avoid fizzy drinks and large amounts of caffeine, alcohol, or sugary foods.

If you suspect constipation is the issue, try increasing your fiber intake and stay hydrated.
