Veggie Soufflé with Halloum. A delicious soufflé full of healthy vegetables 👩🏼‍🍳. 5 potatoes boiled, pealed, add 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tbsp butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup milk
Filling: 200gr meat,2 oignon, 2 zucchini, 2 eggplant, 1 sweet pepper, all cut in small cubes, 2 grated carrots, 1tsp salt, 1tsp sweet pepper, 1tsp cinnamon, sauté on 2 tbsp of oil.
One layer of potato mix then the vegetable layer then cover with a potato layer, a sprinkle of halloumi will add an extra flavor Enjoy it 😋
