✍️Some sessions don't go as planned.

🏋️Strength training helps with improving strength and performance and reduces the risk of injury.

🏃🏽‍♀Running is a mix of easy runs, long runs, interval training.

💤Rest days are as important as training days.

🤝Running with a team is a game changer.
