Two weeks down, a lifetime to go! We celebrate your achievements and offer support for the exciting road ahead.

• Feeling: Proud and accomplished! You've overcome challenges and created a beautiful bond with your little one.
• What's Happening: You've established your milk supply! Your baby is gaining weight and has regular pooping and peeing patterns. You’ll see about 3 – 5 poops and 6 or more wet diapers.
• What to Do? Curious about pumping? Only introduce pumping after you’ve established a solid nursing routine (unless a healthcare provider recommends sooner due to medical reasons or unique challenges). If you already have a breast pump, begin to familiarize yourself with it – assembly, usage, its parts and properly cleaning everything.
• What Success Looks Like: You've CRUSHED the first two weeks! Your baby is thriving on your breast milk and regained its birth weight. Breastfeeding might even feel second nature by now. This is a huge accomplishment– celebrate yourself! 🎉

✨Tip: Breastfeeding is a beautiful but ever-changing experience. Did you know, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months, followed by continued breastfeeding with complementary foods for at least 2 years or beyond?
