This workshop will help you express your repressed emotions through Arts!
Joumana will guide you into a meditation to connect with your negative feeling(s), whether it is fear, anxiety, sadness, anger, lost or other!
And with eyes closed, you will draw the feeling(s) on separate papers.
Together we will discuss and analyze the drawings.
At the end of the session, Joumana will guide you into another meditation to forgive and let go of the experience that caused those feelings!
