Breastfeeding requires energy and good nutrition. Here’s my go-to, nutritionally dense all-time favorite snack/meal.😋

Notes:
For a snack: you can put half the portions and serve it in a cup.
As a weight loss snack: you can replace whole fats with skimmed milk and greek yogurt, add little honey and go for sugar free low calorie chocolate.
