Ultrasound findings document the normalization of the hip joint anatomy. Early screening for DDH with ultrasound at 6 weeks of age in newborns at risk is associated with the best outcomes and can avoid surgery.

Lamar was diagnosed with a condition called Kyphoscoliosis, which affects the normal curve of the spine. Her complex spinal deformity was associated with spinal cord malformations ( tethered cord + syrinx). She underwent a successful surgery with Dr. Imad Nahle, who, along with the CMC staff, reassured her and her family every step of the way.

الجنف هو إلتواء في العمود الفقري في ٣ ابعاد وقد يصيب جميع الفئات العمرية.
النوع الأكثر شيوعاً نجده عند المراهقين بين اعمار ١٠ و ١٨ سنة.
يختلف العلاج بناءً على عوامل عدة مثل العمر، درجة الإنحناء، توازن الظهر واحتمالات تطوّر الحالة.

Here is a 67-year-old woman who underwent surgical decompression and fusion at 2 levels for progressive pain and neurologic deficit.

Post-operatively, the patient had a rapid improvement in her perimeter of walk and quality of life.
