👶Positive vibes and happy faces beautifully captured during our first school visit for the 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 — an initiative that captured the school’s interest and left a lasting positive impact on the lives of hundreds of children.

A heartfelt 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂 to Le 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹è𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝘂 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲 - 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗷 𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗱 🏫, the administrative and medical teams, the parents, and every single child who took part in this much-needed study.

As part of its commitment to advancing 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟯: Good Health & Well-being for All Children, 𝙇𝙖 "𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙙𝙚 𝙡'𝙀𝙣𝙛𝙖𝙣𝙩" is proud to launch the “𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻” — a two-year nationwide initiative that aims at screening students for scoliosis in schools across the country and offering a free state-of-the-art X-ray to all children suspected of scoliosis.

The ultimate goal of this groundbreaking program is to conduct a comprehensive demographic study on the prevalence of scoliosis among children and its distribution by region, through cases identification in order to reduce their progression.

𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 “𝙁𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙚” 𝘢𝘯𝘥 “𝘼𝙇𝘼𝙈 𝙎𝙪𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙚”, 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 “𝙃𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙡-𝘿𝙞𝙚𝙪 𝙙𝙚 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚”.

Kicking off the initiative at Le 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹è𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝘂 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲 - 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗷 𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗱, where a specialized medical team of Doctors and nurses from the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the network of 𝗛𝗗𝗙 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 and 𝗨𝗦𝗝 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 successfully screened 𝟱𝟯𝟭 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 aged 𝟲 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱, marking a strong and impactful start to the program!

📱👦👧 في عصرنا الرقمي، لا يمكننا منع أطفالنا من استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تمامًا، ولكن يجب أن نتحكم في ذلك لحمايتهم من المخاطر. استخدام آمن للسوشال ميديا يتطلب الوعي بتأثيرها على صحة الأطفال، وتشجيعهم على الأنشطة الخارجية لتعزيز صحتهم الجسدية والنفسية.

تذكروا، يجب أن يكون الطفل عمره 13 سنة على الأقل قبل أن يكون لديه حساب على السوشال ميديا. فكروا جيدًا قبل السماح لأولادكم بوجود أونلاين.
