أحياناً، في أصعب لحظاتنا، قد نشعر أن كل شعور سلبي، وكل تجربة مؤلمة، ستستمر إلى الأبد. لكنها لا تدوم. كل صعوبة لها نهاية.
عندما تشعر بالعجز، تذكّر أن هذه اللحظات ستمر. اسمح لنفسك أن تتمسّك بهذه الفكرة، حتى لو بدا ذلك صعباً الآن.
فما تشعر به اليوم ليس دائماً… بل مرحلة، وسوف تنقضي🫶
