إذا كنت تعاني من الإمساك - صعوبة في التبرز أو تكرار الحركات الأمعائية - يجب ان تنتبه على نوعية الاكل التي ممكن تكون قد سببت بذلك.
حاول ان تقوم بتحسين نوعية الاكل واكثار في شرب الماء ونعمل شوي حركة كي تتجنب اخذ الادوية التي ممكن ان تسبب في ضعف عضلات الامعاء.

You can eat maamoul today but in MODERATION!

The health benefits differences are negligible. Both apples contain their own nutritional benefits. However, green apples 🍏 is sour in taste which enables you to know that it contain less sugar than 🍎.
Moreover, green apples contain less carbohydrates and more fiber plus they are better source of vitamin A,B,C,E & K than red apples 🍎. Also green apples contain more iron, potassium and protein than red apples🍎.
But red apples contain more antioxidants!

Apples in general are very good for the heart, bowel, and liver.
Having an apple snack is perfect and it’s easy to be carried.
