Another reason to enjoy this beautiful vegetarian Gluten-free salad!
INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups blueberries and dried cranberries
- 1 large cucumber
-1 mandarine
-spring greens
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
For the SAUCE : 1/3 cup balsamic + 2 tbsp dijon mustard + black pepper and salt + 2 tbsp olive oil + 2tbsp red wine.

LETTUCE has great benefits for hair, skin and health and is very low in calories so always try to include it in your salads guys! 🥗

Or try this quick, healthy and easy snack:
-3 cups chicken breast cooked and cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 small avocado
Add lemon mustard sauce and fill your romaine lettuce leaves💚
