1) How to create a nutrient-dense meals :
- Fill half of your plate with non-starchy vegetables
- Fill 1/4 of your plate with complex carbohydrates
- Fill 1/4 of your plate with a lean protein source
- Add small portion of healthy fats
2) Stay well hydrated: Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons such as the regulation of body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly, also it improves sleep quality, cognition and mood.
