It is well known that there is nothing called a " Magic Pill" for staying fit, however this should not be a barrier for approaching a healthy lifestyle. I believe that the impact of obesity depends on the 3 Cs:
1- Choices made by you determine the end results.
2- Control belongs to you.
3-Consequences of the choices made belong to you

The greatest impact on your health and well-being is your self

-management routines and decisions in every aspect of your daily life. Today, with my help and YOUR effort, we will make your nutrition habits healthier bit by bit for us to reach a healthy LIFESTYLE. It is about setting goals for your life and accomplish changes that will affect your entire habits and routines. Its is through MODERATION rather than deprivation. I personally am not a fan of calorie counting or controlling every single bite every single minute of your day. It is very exhausting for one to stick to a harsh diet plan for large periods of time. It is about making healthier choices concerning food we love and sustaining daily activities. I am here today to teach you how to ENJOY your food rather than FEARING its consequences. Everyone has a lifestyle different from other; what is appropriate for one may not be for others. I strongly believe in working together to build a healthy, individualistic and realistic approach that fits into everyone's OWN lifestyle. YOUR OWN goals, YOUR OWN schedule, reaching your OWN SUCCESS. Let me help you avoid all the chronic diseases that might arise from obesity and weight gain. Let me help you increase your ENERGY. The FAT you accumulate is short for Frequency, Amount and Type of food you put into your system. YOUR time is now to make changes to YOUR life. "Moderation" is the key to encourage you to regulate what you eat without depriving yourself from food you LOVE. I graduated from the American Unuversity of Beirut (AUB) with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I became a Licensed Dietitian with certification from the Lebanese Ministry of Health after passing the colloquim exam in 2012. When you're craving takeout but are also trying to eat healthier, try this honey garlic broccoli shrimp is the perfect recipe to have.
The shrimp is coated in a cornstarch crust which is light but makes it super crispy too!

This easy shrimp and broccoli stir fry with a honey garlic sauce is healthy, full of flavor, and cooks in less than 30 minutes! Low carb and macro friendly with 306 calories per serving, 28 g of protein, and 25 net carbs.

Check the recipe: (4 servings)👉🏻

Instructions:

1. Combine the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Set aside.

2. Add the shrimp to a bowl along with the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter in the oil and cook the shrimp until it's just turned pink yet the crust is golden brown (about 1-2 minutes on each side). Set the shrimp aside on a plate.

4. Saute the broccoli for 4-5 minutes, or until it's crisp and tender. Add the sauce to the pan and once it's heated, add the shrimp back to the pan. Cook the shrimp and broccoli stir fry for 1 minute until the shrimp is heated through.

5. Garnish the broccoli shrimp stir fry with chopped fresh parsley, and red pepper flakes if you want a little more heat. Enjoy

¼ cup honey
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ cup cornstarch

سلطة الدجاج بالعنب ... اخترنا لكِ وصفة مميزة من وصفات سلطات الدجاج الطيبة والمشبعة، جربيها بإضافة فاكهة العنب الطازج والشهي، وتمتعي بطعم السلطة السهلة والسريعة والمميزة جداً

المقادير
- صدر الدجاج : 500 غراماً
- الكرفس : كوب (مفروم)
- الجرجير : كوب (أوراق)
- عنب : كوب (مقطع أنصاف)
- الجوز : كوب (مجروش)
- البصل : 1 حبة (مقطع شرائح رفيعة)
- ملح : نصف ملعقة صغيرة
- الصويا صوص : ملعقة صغيرة
- المايونيز : نصف كوب
- البصل : ملعقة كبيرة (مفروم)
- هيل : 2 حبة
- فلفل أسود : رشّة
- الماء : حسب الحاجة

طريقة التحضير
اسلقي الدجاج في قدر من الماء، والملح، والفلفل، والبصل المفروم، والهيل على نار هادئة حتى ينضج.
ارفعي الدجاج من الماء، واتركيه جانباً حتى يبرد، ثم قطعيه إلى مكعبات متساوية.
ضعي أوراق الجرجير، والكرفس، وشرائح البصل، في طبق التقديم.
تبلي المكونات بالملح والفلفل الأسود، ثم وزعي مكعبات الدجاج.
وزعي أنصاف العنب فوق الدجاج.
أضيفي الصويا صوص، والمايونيز، ثم حبات الجوز المجروش على الوجه وقدميها.

Edemame is one of my favorite no-brainer foods to boost plant protein in meals.
I buy it frozen and shelled to easily add to rice bowls, noodles and salads. With the shells it make a great snack for the kids who enjoy popping the beans out of the skins.
Plus, its one of the richest sources of - a critical nutrient for baby’s development brains 🧠 which many pregnant women and children don’t get enough!
