Cinnamon is a powerhouse, not just a spice and you should really pay attention to its type beyond relying on it 🤎

If you’re already on meds especially for diabetes, blood thinners, or cholesterol you need to be extra careful. Because Ceylon is so effective at lowering blood sugar and affecting circulation, so don’t just “add to cart” and hope for the best; check the details and always talk with your doctor before turning a spice into a supplement!
