So you started losing weight on our meal plans, but you want to take that to the next level? Here is what to do:
1- Get your body composition tested so you make sure you are losing fat weight and maintaining or gaining muscle mass (if working out)
2- Build a workout routine that works for you. Include at least 2 days of resistance training.
3- Limit your cheat meals or avoid them completely especially during the first few weeks of starting.
