Introduction to Mysore Program with Tina YoSo founder.✨

Undoubtedly, the safest and most personalized way to practice yoga is the Mysore style. This course is for you if you:
- want to start practicing yoga but don’t know where to begin
- want to develop a personal practice that you can take everywhere
- have special needs that require more attention
- are curious about Ashtanga yoga but feel intimidated by Mysore-style classes.

During this 4-weeks course, you will learn:
-The basic principles of the Ashtanga method
-Proper breathing technique
-Synchronizing breath & movement.
-Sun salutations.
-Foundational postures of the primary series in a safe, friendly, and supportive environment.
-The theory and physiological principles behind it and why we practice Ashtanga Mysore.

“Anyone can practice…”
When I signed up for the beginners’ workshop back in January, I had never practiced yoga before, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had heard about the challenging nature of Ashtanga and doubted whether I would be able to handle it.

However, I soon realized that the real challenge wasn’t in the nature of Ashtanga itself, but rather in building the discipline and committing to the practice. It wasn’t solely about achieving the perfect posture; it was about discovering myself. That’s the magic of Ashtanga-it’s not about mastering the pose; it’s about mastering yourself: mind, body, and spirit.

Through my practice and under the careful guidance of Tina, I learned to breathe, to focus, and to rise above obstacles and limitations. I discovered strength, both physically and mentally, that I didn’t know I had. I found a safe place where I’m empowered to push past my limits and celebrate every little progress, I’m filled with gratitude for this community and the profound impact it has had on me.

Nayla Aoun is a certified 300-hour Hatha Yoga instructor from Vikram Yoga Rishikesh and a student of the ‘Federation Nationale des Enseignants de Yoga (FNEY)’ Yoga’s extensive four-year teacher training program. Nayla prioritizes creating a welcoming and calming environment in her classes, guiding students through gentle yet challenging asanas, emphasizing proper alignment, and encouraging mindful modifications.
