This 2-hour workshop is designed for yogis who are seeking to deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga, Kriya, and Karma. The workshop will begin with a Hatha Yoga session that incorporates various asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques to balance the body, mind, and spirit. The focus will be on building strength, flexibility, and awareness, while promoting inner peace and relaxation.
Next, participants will engage in a Kriya practice, which is an ancient yogic technique aimed at purifying the body and mind. This powerful practice involves specific physical movements and breathing exercises that help to cleanse the body's energy centers and release any stagnant energy. The goal is to increase clarity, focus, and concentration, and to bring the practitioner closer to their true nature.
Finally, the workshop will conclude with a short talk on Karma, the philosophy of cause and effect and its subtle link to the practice of yoga. The talk will provide insights into how our thoughts and actions shape our lives, and how we can use this understanding to create positive change in our lives and the world. This talk will provide participants with a deeper understanding of the interconnection between the physical, mental, and spiritual realms, and help them to align their actions with their values and beliefs.
This workshop is an opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga practice, explore and integrate the teachings of Hatha Yoga, Kriya, and Karma, and gain a greater understanding of the role these practices play in creating a harmonious and fulfilling life.
