✨️Now it is time for me to move on and explore my next one .
✨️To my dear Clinical Patients & to the Best Polyclinic Team i worked with, I am truly thankful for the opportunity, trust and challenge that have been offered to me during the 3 past years.
✨️I will look back at this journey and continue to be excited about all the great things we achieved & all the success stories we made with all the ups & downs we faced.
✨️Grateful for the experiences, the tears, the laughters, the wins, the patience, the memories , the friendships, the sweet words, the kindness, the crazy moments & above all grateful for the good influence i was able to make in your lives to help you shift to healthier lifestyles with happy hearts.

🌸Certain cravings may be happening for a reason, and your body may need more calories.
🌸This isn’t to say that you should be overindulging on the daily, of course. But, if your body’s begging you for something different ahead of your period, don’t beat yourself up for eating more than you might normally.
🌸Swapping out what you’re craving for healthier alternatives or limiting portions of those crave-able items can help give your body what it’s screaming for.

🌸Symptoms of PCOS typically start gradually, and can include oily skin, weight gain, thinning hair, irregular periods and even depression.

🙏في الصوم الأربعيني، نتوقف عن استهلاك المنتجات الحيوانية كاللحوم والأسماك والدجاج ومشتقات الحليب والبيض🍤🥚🍗🍖🥛. وبهذا تغيب أيضا" الحلويات والوجبات السريعة والشوكولاتة. 🍔🍰🍫🍩🍧
بشكل عام، يتميز هذا النظام باحتوائه على مستوى عالٍ من الألياف الغذائية والفيتامينات والمعادن وكميات قليلة نسبياً من الدهون المشبعة.
✅ بعض النصائح من أجل نظام غذائي متوازن خلال هذه الفترة:
❌ امتنع عن المارجرين والسمنة النباتية : إذ يحتويان على كمية عالية من الدهون المهدرجة التي تؤثر سلباً على الصحة، كما ان تناولها يزيد من احتمالات الإصابة بمرض السكري والضغط وأمراض القلب والشرايين.
✅ لذلك ينصح باستهلاك دهون نباتية صحيّة كزيت الزيتون، زيت الصويا، الأفوكادو، الزيتون، والمكسرات.🥑
✅كما ينصح باعتماد الشواء او السلق كطرق طهي صحية بدل من القلي.
✅ احصل على كميات كافية من البروتين :غالبا ما يتميز الصوم الأربعيني بقلة بالبروتين، لذلك من المهم إدراج البقوليات والحبوب في جميع الوجبات الرئيسية، مثل الحمص، الفول، العدس، الفاصوليا البيضاء والحمراء، والبازيلا، الفريكة، البرغل، الأرز، الكينوا.🥗🍚🍜(ينصح بتناول ما يعادل كوبين من البقوليات المطبوخة يوميا).
✅وكذلك الخضراوات والفواكه .🍓🍏🍆
✅استهلك كمية كافية من الكالسيوم : على الصائم ان ينتبه لتناول مصادر نباتية غنية بالكالسيوم مثل حليب الأرز المقوّى بالكالسيوم، البامية، البروكلي، والطحينة المصنوعة من سمسم غير مقشور والبقوليات.🥦
