تعرّفوا على السيد محمد عيسى، ماجستير في علوم التمريض، وممرض مسجل، وزميل الكلية الأمريكية للتمريض السريري المعتمد (ACNS-BC)، ومدير التطوير المهني التمريضي. محمد حاصل على شهادة البورد كأخصائي تمريض سريري في صحة البالغين، ويشرف على مبادرات تُوائِم تعليم التمريض مع الممارسة السريرية. ساهم في طرح استراتيجيات تعليمية متكاملة تربط بين تقييمات الفجوات والتعلم التفاعلي والتطبيق السريري.
تشمل مساهماته الرئيسية توسيع نطاق البرامج التعليمية في مركز CPDC بإضافة دورات تخصصية جديدة، وتوجيه الكادر السريري، ومخططي التمريض، وطلاب الدراسات العليا، والمشاركة الفعّالة في الممارسة السريرية لتوجيه أفضل الممارسات، وتحديث السياسات، ومبادرات سلامة المرضى. ومن خلال الجمع بين التعليم ومعايير الرعاية العالية، يواصل تعزيز ممارسة التمريض في جميع أنحاء المركز الطبي.
Meet Mr. Mohamad Issa, MSN, RN, ACNS-BC, Nursing Professional Development Manager
Mohamad is board-certified as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and oversees initiatives that align nursing education with clinical practice. He has helped introduce closed-loop educational strategies that connect gap assessments, interactive learning, and clinical application.
His key contributions include expanding CPDC’s educational programs with new specialty courses, mentoring clinical staff, nurse planners, and graduate students, and staying actively engaged in clinical practice to guide best practices, policy updates, and patient safety initiatives. By combining education with high standards of care, he continues to strengthen nursing practice across the medical center.
