It is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month 💜
�As a consultant neurologist, I am proud to stand at the forefront of global efforts to better understand, manage, and treat Alzheimer’s disease.

This month, I take the opportunity to highlight some of my recent contributions in this crucial field — from engaging in international trainings focused on novel, ground-breaking therapies- Amyloid Targeting Therapies - that hold the potential to change the course of Alzheimer’s disease, to actively contributing in leading conferences where the future of dementia care is being shaped.

These enriching experiences have not only deepened my clinical expertise but also reaffirmed my commitment to bringing the latest advancements in Alzheimer’s treatment to the patients and communities I serve.

🧠✨ I’m truly honored and humbled to have participated as a speaker in the recent Nation Wide Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Campaign—a transformative initiative endorsed by Emirati Neurology Society EMINS, alongside fellow experts, advocating awareness for the needs and stories of people affected by MS.

We are physicians, but above all we are caregivers, advocates, and allies.
all working toward the shared goal of empowering patients and their families.

And it’s a wrap for this rich academic year 2024
I’m grateful for the incredible opportunities I had, to share knowledge, connect with peers, and push the boundaries of neurological care
�✨ it was an honor to present at the 11th International Neuroscience Updates Congress in Dubai delivering a talk on cutting-edge migraine treatments, as well as leading a hands-on workshop on onabotulinum toxin injections for migraine prevention. It was an amazing experience to connect with peers so passionate about advancing care for our patients.

✨ at the 4th Oman Neurology Congress I was honored to be a guest speaker in the Neurocritical Care session, diving into the latest updates on managing critical neurological emergencies. The energy, curiosity, and interactions with leading experts were truly inspiring!

These moments highlight the importance of collaboration and innovation in our field. Here’s to closing the year strong and stepping into 2025 with the same passion for progress and learning, to better serve our patients!

And I will pledge to break the bias against women rights.. against all forms of bullying or harassment..

and I will fight
for women empowerment..
for equal access to education and employment..
for equal pay..
for freedom of thought and expression…

for each and every woman’s fulfillment
As a being; as a partner; as a worker; as a wife; as a mother; and as a leader

And above all,
I shall pass this bias to my daughter, and teach her she is never a rib.. never a half.. but that she is whole in her embodiment of Life and Beauty

…and that is my promise to God
