Well, everyone nowadays is looking to get in shape, to lose weight, and to look sexy just because it’s a trend and those are the society terms for beauty.

BUT THAT’S NOT ACCEPTABLE ANYMORE

Your body is the first place you are living in, it’s your temple and you should respect it!
