Low cal workshops : Within the same scope, Low cal offers

cooking sessions , in which group of women gather to prepare their favorite recipes turned into low fat recipes, getting tips for healthy eating from the dietitians &the cooking know- how from the chef in an interactive joyful atmosphere. Low cal the Cafet : now open as a subsidiary in Beesline the Shop-Hamra, Kalaa Str. Low cal the Cafet offers breakfast, readymade salads, sandwiches & low fat desserts. Each labeled with the ingredients & nutritional information .At the Cafet each dieter, in a self - service setting has the liberty to organize his own menu & calorie count. Low Cal Bistro: Grand opening on 17th January 2013
Low cal Bistro is a diner in which you can find
for people on the Go ready made"pret a emporter" Menu:
breakfasts like : mana2ish, kenafa, omelette, croissant....
Also for lunch you can find daily 2 choices of plat de jour, add to it a wide selection of freshly prepared salads with their yummy low cal dressing, sandwiches, burgers, quessadillas,not to forget the wide selection of low cal dessert all labelled with ingredients , calories & nutritional analysis. The dine In Menu proposes a wide selection of salads sandwiches & burgers offered with a side salad & air-fried potato wedges, Also guiltless taboos like lasagna, onion ricotta pies, chicken pies. Add to that freshly prepared juices, also coffee & coffe drinks like frappucino, caramel machiato, coffee late all prepared with skimmed milk also you can find lactose free low fat milk to which you can add sugar free syrop for upgrading the guiltless pleasure. our cherry on the top, is the inhouse sugar fee fat free frozen yoghurt only available in summer time. Our Procedures


After a thorough interview with the dietitian, your nutritional profile is set. An In body complete body analysis test is then performed (%fat, muscles, proteins, water, fitness level and basal metabolic rate) & your energy needs are defined. Accordingly the number of calories needed to lose the extra weight is then calculated.(the rate of loss is around 1kg per week). Following this procedure your diet is then tailored according to your taste, lifestyle & food preferences. The dietitian's mission is then to explain thoroughly to the dieter:
- How to manage his diet program (i.e.: the portion size, the way of cooking, ordering at restaurants, eating at parties.)
- The best way to adopt this particular regimen as a lifestyle. Most people hear that healthy eating is important. Yet it can be hard to know what healthy eating means. Diet offered (as per coaching &/or catering)
