This video reminded me of the diffrence i lived between school, first, second, third degree and having to deal with real world.

I consider myself lucky that I had the chance to have a dr. Who saw what is mentioned in the video and made a tweek in a story that couldve been very lame considering to what i have now.

Food science is an applied science. Food is a live item you are dealing with. That you need to think about it in this form to know how to use it.
And its only then, when you will be able to grasp all the information present in environment, agriculture, industry and services facilities.

Understanding what is in the video about diffrence between boring classrooms and diving into an information and getting illuminated by it is what makes my job a food scientist tolerable.

Maybe life road is same as a normal road. God gives you hints to take a left or right turn and you choose by action where will you become. But in the end their is no correct road and no one is stupid. Its simply a diffrent direction.
