Welcome to the dynamic twist and balance practice this practice is suitable for advanced. we will go together through some standing balancing poses airplane pose, balancing star, standing half pigeon or lotus... and arm balancing to crow pose, side crow, crane, Hudler pose.

there was a camera exposure issue sorry about that but the sound is clear.

35min Flow & Hold vinyasa yoga class one of my favorite lets understand more the body & mind from two different way let me know in the comment below which was more accessible to you flow or hold ? I would like to hold more to flow to then I have more time to feel my body and to be aware of the pose and the benefit.
You need two blocks or books, please listen to your body you can always take child pose when needed and if your new or beginner please try my beginner classes.
We will have some arm balancing poses crow & crane, inversion tripod and this are also optional.
