Healthy pancake recipe:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oats (I use the ones from equia)
- 1/2 cup flour , it can be all purpose or gluten free (also used the equia brand from )
- 3/4 cup of liquid milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- sweeten with honey or any sweetener of ur choice
Mix the batter in a food processor
Let it rest for a while
Then shape into the size u want and cook for few minutes on both sides
I usually make them into little small circles so I can fit them into their lunchboxes, always good served with healthy chocolate spread or berries maple syrup or extra honey
