“Sahtak aham, Eat Right“ is a modern nutrition clinic that helps you find your healthy eating style, and build it through your life time by offering individualized diet and exercise plans using the latest techniques and resources in the field. We offer food consultations to adults, youth and also children of all ages, through various customized food menus and lifestyle habits. It offers plenty of
resources to parents including growth charts and food group information, tips for picky eaters, guidance on food safety and much more. It also exceptionally caters to children food counseling through many creative programs, including games, activity sheets and physical activity tips. Students can learn through “Sahtak Aham, Eat right clinic” about healthy eating that helps them build healthy food and physical activity habits, and allows them to create ways to adopt healthy life styles that they can maintain during their adulthood. Adults of all ages have different nutrition and physical activity needs as they evolve. Because healthy eating can make a difference to their health, this clinic is established to provide advice to help them stay healthy, and to improve their life habits. Special interests:
