and RDCL held a joint webinar on the implementation of Law No. 330, related to the Exceptional Revaluation of Fixed Assets, Inventory, and FX Adjustments.
RDCL President Joumana Saddi Chaya underscored the importance of understanding how to implement this law, highlighting the role of ongoing technical collaboration and reaffirming RDCL’s commitment to strengthening Lebanon’s legal private sector.
ALDIC President, Attorney Carine Tohme reiterated ALDIC’s mission to promote legal and tax awareness and its active role in shaping fiscal policy in Lebanon. She stressed the need to equip the private sector with the tools and clarity required to address complex legislative developments.
The technical session was delivered by Mr. Nadim Daher, board member of both ALDIC and RDCL, and a member of LACPA and the coordination committee with the Ministry of Finance. He provided a comprehensive overview of the law’s objectives and practical implementation steps, offering important clarifications to help businesses apply it effectively.
