We work individually with you to evaluate your nutrition needs, to design personalized meal plan for you, to help you make realistic goals, short term and long term and to provide ongoing encouragement and support untill your goals are met. ✅ You must not skip your Sahur meal.
✅ Choose foods with low glycemic index (GI) to prevent your blood sugar from fluctuating too much.
For example, basmati rice has a lower GI than regular white rice.
✅ Try to drink adequate fluids during Sahur and Iftar to replenish fluid loss during the day.
✅ You must be able to recognize when you have high blood glucose levels, low blood glucose levels or severe dehydration.

🥗Maintain a healthy diet
