We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to support the smooth daily operations of our centre.

Responsibilities include:

- Scheduling and sending appointment reminders
- Preparing insurance and school reports
- Following up with therapists and patients
- Pricing and financial follow-up
- Organizing therapy materials and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Supporting hygiene and safety protocols
