By combining her passion for life, food, nutrition, and fitness, her goal is to help each of her clients find a healthy and happy relationship with food and exercise, without interfering with the passion for food. She launched Activerde Clinic to help her clients understand the necessity to adapt healthy and tasty eating habits by delivering the scientific knowledge and incorporating the principles of nutrition into their lives in a simplified manner. This will make the clients become their own nutrition expert so that they will be able to choose and satisfy their passion in food while maintaining the results achieved at Activerde clinic. A day to remember in Kfarmeshki! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service. Your beautiful welcome made the day much more memorable in the beautiful village of kfarmishki and your amazing lodge that felt just like home. We will move from Chtaura at 8 am, upon arrival around 9 am to Kafarmishki we will go to a beautiful forest to hike and do yoga, then we will have a tour in the village to finish with a delicious lunch at the gorgeous Lavender Lodge.

Cobra pose, Bhujangasana, is a yoga posture that offers physical and mental benefits. It strengthens the back, improves flexibility and relieves stress. It strengthens the spine, improves posture and reduces back pain by building strength in the lower back, shoulders and arms.
It increases flexibility by stretching the chest, shoulders and abdominal muscles, and may enhance the respiratory functions by opening the heart and the lungs.
It tones the abdomen by engaging and strengthening the core muscles. It also improves blood circulation by enhancing the blood flow to the spine and vital organs, promoting overall health, and helps relieve mild menstrual cramps.
Finally, Cobra pose helps reduce stress and anxiety by promoting deeper breathing and stimulating the adrenal glands, which can increase vitality and energy levels.

‎وضعية الكوبرا، بهوجانجاسانا، هي وضعية يوغا توفر فوائد جسدية وعقلية. فهي تقوي الظهر وتحسن المرونة وتخفف التوتر. تقوي العمود الفقري وتحسن وضعية الجسم تقلل من آلام الظهر عن طريق تقوية عضلات أسفل الظهر والكتفين والذراعين.
