Carbs are NOT the enemy 🚫🍞
The real issue? Eating too much, or choosing the wrong type.
✅ Whole grains (brown bread, oats, quinoa) = fiber + vitamins.
❌ Refined carbs (white bread, cakes, cookies) = spikes blood sugar + cravings.

👉 Balance is key! Cutting carbs completely will only lead to fatigue and bingeing later.
