After creating some confusion about what "sometimes" means in the previous post, here is a simple explanation:

Just follow the 80/20 rule!
On a weekly basis:
➡️ 80% nutrient dense meals and 20% treats
➡️ 17 healthy meals and 4 "tokhbissat"

It is OKAY to eat unhealthy sometimes.Enjoy and move on!
