Exercising or working in hot weather? Pay Attention to the signals your body sends. Heat cramps are often an early warning that you are overheating and dehydrated. They occur when your muscles lose too much salt and fluid, causing painful spasms. If you experience them, take a break, rehydrate with water or a sports drink, and gently stretch the affected muscles.
تمارس الرياضة أو تعمل في الطقس الحار؟ إنتبه للإ شارات التي يرسلها جسمك. التشنجات الحرارية هي من أولى العلامات على أن جسمك بدأ يعاني من الجفاف وارتفاع في الحرارة. تحدث هذه التشنجات عندما تفقد العضلات الكثير من الأملاح والسوائل، مما يؤدي إلى تقلصات مؤلمة.
إذا شعرت بهذه التشنجات خذ قسطاً من الراحة، واشرب الماء أو مشروباً رياضيا، وقم بتمديد العضلات بلطف.

Bellevue Medical Center recently welcomed students from Tomorrow’s Teens Forum, accompanied by Dr. Ibrahim Abdo, Chief of the Medicine and Healthcare Department at the Forum and Head of the Nephrology Service at BMC, for a comprehensive tour of the hospital and its various departments. The Tomorrow’s Teens Forum is an initiative focus on empowering youth through educational exposure, leadership development, and hands-on experiences in diverse fields, including medicine. This visit highlighted the importance of building connections between the healthcare sector and youth-centered educational platforms.
By opening its doors to aspiring medical students, Bellevue Medical Center not only supports the Forum’s mission to guide future professionals but also reaffirms its commitment to education, mentorship, and community engagement. These collaborations enrich the hospital environment, inspire the next generation of caregivers, and reflect BMC’s vision of fostering a compassionate and forward-thinking healthcare culture.

إستقبل مستشفى ومركز بلفو الطبي طلاب Tomorrows Teen Forum، برفقة الدكتور إبراهيم عبده، رئيس قسم الطب والرعاية الصحية في البرنامج ورئيس قسم أمراض الكلى في مستشفى ومركز بلفو الطبي، وذلك في زيارة تعريفية شملت جولة في مختلف أقسام المستشفى.
يُعد المنتدى مبادرة تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب من خلال التعرّف على مجالات مهنية متعددة، وتنمية مهارات القيادة، واكتساب خبرات عملية في مجالات متنوعة، من بينها المجال الطبي. وتُبرز هذه الزيارة أهمية بناء جسور التعاون بين القطاع الصحي والمنصات التعليمية المخصصة للشباب.

At Bellevue Medical Center, an aromatherapy activity was organized for both visitors and inpatients to introduce them to the benefits and uses of essential oils. Through scent identification activities and a fragrance recognition game, participants learned about how aromatherapy can support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
This service is offered at the hospital as a complementary offering for inpatients, alongside their ongoing medical treatments and procedures.

في مستشفى ومركز بلفو الطبي، تم تنظيم نشاط حول العلاج بالعطور للزوار والمرضى، بهدف تعريفهم بفوائد واستخدامات الزيوت العطرية. شارك الزوار في لعبة التعرف على الروائح، وتعرّفوا من خلالها على كيفية دعم العلاج بالعطور للصحة الجسدية والنفسية على حد سواء.
هذا العلاج متوفر في المستشفى كخدمة تكميلية تُقدّم للمرضى إلى جانب العلاجات والإجراءات الطبية التي يخضعون لها.
