A perfect healthy filling breakfast to start the day right!

-Rich in folate,calcium,manganese,antioxidants ,fibers,monounsaturated fats,vitamin E,and 12 grams of protein and many more.

-Great for people with Cow’s milk protein allergy,breastfeeding moms who’s babies have CMPA and for sixmonths+ after testing other allergies, chewing and swallowing ability that varies from one child to another.

Ingredients:
-2 fried eggs
-1 tsp of sesame seeds
-2 slices of avocado
-1 sourdough (dairy free)

Energy granola bars😋
1 cup granola from
1/2 cup hazelnut
Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp almond butter ( you can use peanut or cashew butter)
15 peices dates
100g chocolate of your choice
Add the first 4 ingredients to the blender and blend to soften them,then add the dates.
Spread the mixture on parchment paper,then add the chocolate.
Put it in the freezer for 1hour, then in the fridge.
And it’s suitable for toddlers with no allergies🌰 🥜

Healthy apple banana muffins for babies (suitable from 9 months )

1cup whole wheat flour
1 large mashed banana
2 boiled apples
4 boiled dates (instead of sugar)
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vannila
3 Tbsp yogurt
3 Tbsp coconut oil

1-mix the mashed babana and apples and dates together.
2-mix the eggs + yogurt +coconut oil + vanilla together.
3- mix everything together.
4-Pre-heat the oven to 180* C and bake for 15 minutes .😋

Drink plenty of water and eat hydrating foods during Ramadan

Drink plenty of water between Iftar and Suhoor.
High temperatures can also make you sweat more, so it is important to drink fluids to replace what you lose during the day (at least 10 glasses).
You can also increase water intake by eating hydrating foods like (watermelon, soup and fattoush salad contains plenty of hydrating cucumber and tomato. .
Avoid caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea and cola, because caffeine can make some people urinate more often, which may lead to dehydration.
Note: remember that fizzy drinks with sugar will add calories to your diet.
‎يجب شرب الكثير من الماء وأكل الأطعمة الغنية بالماء خلال شهر رمضان و شرب الكثير من الماء بين الإفطار والسحور.
‎درجات الحرارة العالية يمكن أن تجعلك أكثر تعرقًا ، لذا من المهم شرب السوائل لتعويض ما تخسره خلال النهار (10 أكواب على الأقل).
‎يمكنك أيضا زيادة كمية الماء عن طريق تناول الأطعمة الغنية بالماء مثل (البطيخ والحساء وسلطة الفتوش التي تحتوي على الكثير من الخيار والطماطم).
‎تجنب المشروبات التي تحتوي على الكافيين مثل القهوة والشاي والكولا ، لأن الكافيين مدرّ للبول، مما قد يؤدي إلى الجفاف.
‎ملاحظة: تذكر أن المشروبات الغازية مع السكر ستضيف سعرات حرارية إلى نظامك الغذائي.
