I know you’ve probably been told to cut out carbs completely because of insulin resistance.

But here’s the truth 👉🏼 eliminating carbs isn’t the solution, and it can actually make things worse.
Your body needs energy to function. When you restrict carbs too much, your hormones get even more out of balance and you end up feeling tired and irritable.

PCOS management is about balance, not restriction. You don’t need to live on a no-carb diet to feel better or manage your symptoms. You just need the right approach.
