Marketing Specialist – Digital Focus
Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for elevating the online presence of our medical, dental, and aesthetic equipment businesses in Lebanon and Iraq. The role involves managing the company’s digital platforms, creating and executing promotional campaigns, monitoring data analytics, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. With a strong emphasis on content creation, the specialist will utilize AI tools like Canva or other applications to develop visually engaging and impactful materials.
This position plays a key role in aligning digital marketing strategies with the company’s broader goals of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Objectives
1. Website Management:
o Create an updated website of the company to reflect its new image. Reflect the company’s professional and innovative brand identity on the website.
o Optimize the company’s website for SEO, user experience, and technical performance.
o Maintain updated and accurate information about our product offerings and services.
2. Online Promotions:
o Plan and execute targeted online campaigns to promote key product launches and offers.
o Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize traffic, lead generation, and sales.
o Participate in industry relevant websites like Bimedis and Dotmed to promote our stock of equipment.
3. Content Creation & Brand Alignment:
o Develop engaging digital content, including posts, banners, and videos, using tools like Canva or other.
o Ensure all content reflects the brand's expertise in the medical, dental, and aesthetic sectors.
4. Data-Driven Marketing:
o Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
o Use data to optimize strategies and report on ROI for digital marketing efforts.
5. Social Media & Customer Engagement:
o Manage the company’s social media accounts, focusing on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
o Engage with customers and prospects to build loyalty and trust in the company and its brands.

1. Website Traffic: Increase in traffic, session duration, and conversion rates.
2. Campaign ROI: Measurable success of paid and organic marketing campaigns.
3. Social Media Growth: Improved engagement rates, follower count, and sentiment.
4. Content Impact: High-quality, brand-aligned content creation.
5. Customer Engagement: Positive feedback and active engagement on digital platforms.
Measuring Success
• Traffic & Engagement: Steady improvement in website and social media metrics.
• Campaign ROI: Achievement of target goals for online marketing campaigns.
• Content Quality: Consistent delivery of engaging, professional, and brand-appropriate materials.
• Customer Feedback: High satisfaction levels and increased online engagement.

Skills & Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience:
• 3+ years in digital marketing or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare, medical, or related industries.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Strong command of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Experience with AI-based content tools like Canva or similar applications.
Other Skills:
• Knowledge of social media trends and industry best practices.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
