Do you feel weak while exercising ?

Here are some instructions to increase your stamina during endurance excercises 🏃‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️ 🚴 🏀 ⚽️

- Drink 500 ml of water during the first hour of excercise & 170 ml every 15 minutes during the second hour). You can also have sports drink.
- The body's need for water is 0.033 ml per kg of weight per day.
- Pre-workout have: complex carbohydrates with some proteins and a fruit ( an hour before exercise)
After exercise have: good amounts of proteins with raw hearts, or avocado with some complex carbs. (within 30-60 minutes after exercise fir recovery)
Have a good sleep (7-8 hours per day).
