Not all springs are created equal — and on the Lagree Microformer, spring selection is everything . Whether you’re shaking through a wheelbarrow or torching legs in a lunge here are the tensions of the different springs at full extension!
Note: Tension increases as you stretch the spring — it’s not static like free weights!
Also if you do lagree you know by now that not always heavier springs = harder! In many exercises lighter springs = more instability = more core activation.
