- Fatty Fish: salmon, herring, sardines, mackerel and lake trout.
- Walnuts
- Oils: canola and soybean oil
- Flaxseed

Omega 9 or monounsaturated Fats:
- Nuts: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and pistachios
- Oils: olive and avocado oil
- Avocado
- Peanut Butter
Consider including foods with these fats, in moderation, to your meals.

Here is a healthy post workout recipe:

👉INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large banana, peeled
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- ¼ cup rolled oats

-Choose lean meat and chicken breast over fatty and pork meat
-Opt for shrimps and fish. It can also be a good option
-Focus on veggies and make them take up to half your plate
-Choose healthy sides like hommus
