Sugar is very addictive. Not easy to cut it from our diet since its tasty and it causes elevation of dopamine and makes you feel good. But in fact studies are showing more and more that its very harmful and may shorten life!! It is advised to try as possible to stay away from sugar..
ليس من السهل توقيف السكّر بما أنه مادة يُدمِن عليها الإنسان. فالسكّر طعمه حلو ولذيذ ويعطي شعورًا جميلاً للإنسان عبر رفع معدّل مادة الدوبامين. ولكن للأسف تظهر الدراسات أنه مؤذي للصحّة وممكن أن يساهم في تقصير العمر!! لذلك حاولوا قدر الإمكان التخفيف من إستهلاكه..
