-vegan meat, although that it looks and tastes like meat, may not always be a healthy choice!
It may be high in saturated fat, in sodium and low in protein! So watch out! Vegan pattern is healthy because it’s low in saturated fats .
- So read the label carefully and choose products made from familiar names.
- protein source is a very important product choose products made from soya and pea protein or even beans and avoid highly processed proteins or high in sodium products

October breast cancer awareness:
eating habits that helps with lowering the effect of having breast cancer:
There are no simple food that any or may not cause breast cancer, it’s a whole group of habits that may help in reducing of having breast cancer:
1- we need to reduce our intake of highly processed food like processed meat (jambon, bordon,…) and sty away from food that have preservatives because it contains nitrates that can lead to a high risk of breast cancer
2- separate vegetarian food from animal food and eat red meat only 1 time per week
3- prefer crucifierions vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage…) coz it contains glucosinalates that help in preventing it
4- having a normal weigh cause obesity may lead to an elevated risk of having breast cancer

And please it’s very important not to forget your annual check up

The one health TIP I can give you is to not trust the scales at home. They give you no data or information as to how your progress is tracking. An InBody scan gives you a clear understanding with numerical data on how much muscle, water, fat etc you have. With this information, you can effectively plan toward tour futur goals.
