October breast cancer awareness:
eating habits that helps with lowering the effect of having breast cancer:
There are no simple food that any or may not cause breast cancer, it’s a whole group of habits that may help in reducing of having breast cancer:
1- we need to reduce our intake of highly processed food like processed meat (jambon, bordon,…) and sty away from food that have preservatives because it contains nitrates that can lead to a high risk of breast cancer
2- separate vegetarian food from animal food and eat red meat only 1 time per week
3- prefer crucifierions vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage…) coz it contains glucosinalates that help in preventing it
4- having a normal weigh cause obesity may lead to an elevated risk of having breast cancer
And please it’s very important not to forget your annual check up
