About Our Dietitian, Diana Moubarak Boulos
A graduate from the American University of Beirut with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's degree in Science (Food Technology), Diana Moubarak Boulos has an extensive experience in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics, over 10 years in private and hospital clinics, with in-depth knowledge of medical nutrition therapy.
She was head of the Dietetic department at Sacré-Coeur Hospital in which she was responsible of the internship program, providing nutritional care for in-patients, consulting out-patients for weight loss, renal diseases, diabetes, and dyslipidemia, heart cases of inborn errors of metabolism, pediatric obesity as well pregnancy and breastfeeding. She also supervised the Foodservice Department.
She was Head of a Nutrition department and responsible for the formation of more than 100 students among several universities and she is still currently a Nutrition instructor at USEK where she started lecturing since September 2007.
